My DD and I arrive at 10:15 A.M. on Tuesday Jan 16th. Here is my plan for our first day:

Check in at Poly
Go to MGM - Lunch, Muppets, Great Movie Ride, and Mermaid
Rest in room around 4:00
Go to Epcot at 6:00 - SE, Land, and R&C dinner at 7:45 for Illuminations
Off to DD with countdown to her 21st Birthday at 12:00 on PI

Can we fit all of this in using Disney transportation and still be at MK in the A.M. for opening? She is very energetic being 21, however this 40 something year old is a little concerned. I really want to make this a special trip as it is her first visit to Disney World. Any ideas?

Rest of week:
MK/AK - Wed Rainforest Cafe after EMH (late dinner)
Epcot/DD - Thur Coral Reef(lunch) Raglan Road at 9:30
Her choice - Fri with TTS and Fireworks at MK in evening
MGM - Sat AM for EMH

I can't wait to surprise my princess!!

That looks good, but I would consider doing your break first at the hotel because Poly is a MK hotel and MGM and Epcot are closer to each other - so as it is you'll go down to MGM then back up to Poly then down to Epcot, all of which eats up time on the buses. I can understand the need for some rest, as you'll be up late at PI Maybe do MGM/ Epcot together then go back for a rest?
Rest of the week looks great - You should have a great time and Happy 21st to your princess!

I say forget about going back for a rest. You guys can do it.Unless you want to change clothes, I think you'll be fine. Have a great time. I wish my mom took me to The World for my 21'st.
