I have a very busy morning planned for an upcoming trip and I'm wondering if it's even possible. Here it is : We want to be at MK for EMH starting at 8am. Hopefully get in a ride or two before it gets too busy. Then, it's off to BBB for a 10am hair appt for DD3 and then back to MK for a 1:30 at the castle. (and then home for a nap!) Can we even get to all these places on Disney Transportation? What is the best way to get from MK to Downtown Disney? We are staying at the Poly if that matters.
Thanks for the input!

Monorail to MK.
Ride.
Leave.
Monorail to Contemporary. Down four floors (elevator) out front door, turn right; or, walk to Contemporary.
Bus to Downtown Disney.
Bus to Polynesian.
Monorail or launch to MK.

Now, can you actually DO it in time? I don't know.

I would rather walk to the CR, rather than take the monorail. I have found it to usually be faster...unless you are able to get on the monorail just before it pulls out for CR. The pathway takes about 8 minutes, and takes you directly to the bus stop, so you don't have to make the journey down to ground level from the monorail area.
However, you may be cutting it close. You should be out of MK by 9:00...those buses to DTD are not the most frequent buses at WDW. I would plan on an hour to get to BBB.

Why not take a taxi from the Contemporary to DTD? The busses will stop at multiple resorts (at least from the CR, it stops at the Poly) and then most likely Typhoon Lagoon as well. That will cut your buffer time down greatly. A taxi would get you there much quicker for less than $20. The same thing with the ride back from DTD. Not sure how long the BBB will take, but if you are cutting it close, a taxi will cut some bus time off for you
