Is this possible at Epcot for RD?

We will be traveling with a baby and 5 year old. At RD, if we go to TT, leave my husband there after getting a RS and then rush over to Soarin' and leave my sister there after getting a RS, what are the odds of them both being done by 10? I was planning on then heading to turtle talk and the Nemo ride. Assume a 9 am park opening and lowish crowds. We are there the week before President's Day.
