The only things my family want to do at HS are TSM, Star Tours, TOT and Jedi training. My younger son also wants to see Disney Jr show and my older one wants to go on RnR. We plan on rope dropping so we can sign up for Jedi training. We have FP for the 3 rides everyone will go on(last one is at 12:45). I'll ride standby RNr with older son while DH takes little guy to Disney Jr show. Is all that doable before a 1:30 ADR at Sci Fi?

Also, we plan on heading to another park after lunch. I was going to do MK because they have EMH that night but I'm wondering if we're better off just heading over to Epcot.

This might be possibly, crowds have not been crazy this summer. How old is your older son? If he is 7 or older, and would be ok not riding beside you, y'all can do the single rider line at RNR. That will save some time.

I think MK EMH should be fine.

The single rider line at rnr is often longer than the standby line

Getting through RnR in 30 minutes is going to require a lot of luck.

I think you’re going to have issues without getting really lucky. Here are the two sticking points:

1. Jedi Training – you have to show up a while before your slot so depending on the timing of your FPs, you may have trouble getting a show that won’t cause you to miss one of your FP (there’s a chance, but no guarantee that a nice CM would let you use the FP early or late if you please Jedi training scheduling). It’s doable, but tricky.

2. RnR –at noon I think it’s unlikely you’ll be through standby in under 45 minutes.

Two options:

1. Get to DHS a good 30-45 minutes ahead of time so you can be right in the front for Jedi and then head right to RnR (if the older child isn’t doing Jedi, he can head right to RnR while you sign up other child for Jedi). It’s A LOT of walking for the first 20 minutes but probably your best bet to get through RnR before your first FP window closes.

2. It’s not a guarantee, but if you want to walk to Epcot after DHS and do world showcase, you can keep searching for a RnR FP for the 2 who would do it later in the day. Not a guarantee but I’ve found them often later in the day if you refresh enough. So you can do WS and then head to DHS for evening shows and RnR.

What time is park opening, the Jedi training, Disney Jr and your FPs?
Park opens at 9. We are staying at Boardwalk so we'll have no issue getting to there early so we can sign up for Jedi training. Jedi times are 9:40, 10:10, 11:10, 11:40, 12:40, 1:10, 1:40, 2:10, 2:40, 3:10, 3:40, 4:10, 5:10.

We have TSM at 10, TOT at 11:40 and Star Tours at 12:45. Lunch ADR at 1:35.

Disney Jr shows are 9:40, 10:30, 11:20, 12:10, 1:30, 2:20, 3:10, 4, 4:50.

Now that I'm actually looking at times of shows, I think we're going to need to try to get an after lunch Jedi time in order to make this all work since we need to be there 30 minutes before the show.

Okay, here's the tentative plan. We don't mind walking and will have a stroller for younger guy. BTW kids are 5 and 9.

1. Sign up for Jedi training. I'm assuming 20 minute wait? Request 3:40 show. I'm assuming the earlier shows fill up first so getting a later show shouldn't be an issue.
2. Check wait times for RnR. If by chance it's possible, ride it while other 2 go to 9:40 Disney Jr. If not, then do a character meet or 2 until TSM FP becomes available.
3. Ride TSM around 10:30
4. If we haven't done RNR yet, this is our other window. We should be able to ride it between 11 and 12:30 and still make it to 11:40-12:40 TOT. DH will do Disney Jr and then get some character autographs with little guy.
5. Tot
6. Star tours
7. Lunch
8. Jedi training.

ETA-or I could change TSM FP to after lunch. That gives us from opening until 12:40 to RnR/Disney Jr then Jedi training then get in FP line for TOT.

I would either take a mid-day break at the resort before heading to MK, or do both Epcot and MK in that scenario. Due to the EMH, MK will be super-crowded during the heat of the day. But, MK EMHs are too nice to pass up if you can stay up that late.

There is a grace period that allows you to check into fastpasses 5 minutes early. That might be helpful with such a tight schedule.

It's definitely not impossible to get all that done before lunch, but you can set yourself up to be flexible. One option would be to keep all the FPs for before lunch and to schedule the Jedi Training for before lunch, as well. Then you can see if you can squeeze Disney Jr/RnR into one of your windows before lunch, and if not, do them right after.

If you find yourself having a window that won't quite fit Disney Jr/RnR, there are plenty of other things at DHS you may be able to fit into those times, be it meet and greets or other attractions (muppetvision, BatB, frozen sing along, IJ stunt show, little mermaid)

I suggest from experience to do animal kingdom and epcot in one day and hollywood and MK in another day, and of course a full day in MK. If your family likes watching parades then there are lots going on mid-day and nighttime (fireworks too), and if they don't the lines are going to be empty on rides in MK

That is an aggressive schedule. I don't think it is doable. It's going to take you at least 30 minutes to get through each attraction, then travel to each. I think to do all that would take a full day at HS.

Why not have one parent go with younger child to sign up for Jedi training (11:10 or 11:40), while the other rope-drops RRC with older child?
Then you can meet back up for your Fast Passes, and plan the Disney Jr. show for either the 11:20 or the 12:10, depending on which Jedi training you get.

Well, we had partial success!!!! Got to HS at 8:40. Headed to sign up. Was done by 9:15 and then rode TSM standby. It was then time for FP TSM. DH went to Disney Jr 10:30 show and then muppets with 6 year old while my older son and I waited for an hour for RNR. Forgot until we reached boarding area that we were supposed to bring DS2 to line so we could get a rider switch. Oops. But a nice CM gave us one when I explained what happened and showed photo proof of how little he is. Our FP for TOT was active when we got off snd then we rode star tours 2x(once standby, once FP). Watched muppets since it wasnt time yet for Sci Fi and then ate lunch. Time for Jedi!!!! Then we hit a snag. It started to thunder partially through the show. Show stopped. I dashed to sign up and got them into next show due to no shows. This time it started to downpour. Oh well. But we got several anytime FP for HS. We'll use them tomorrow night. We're hopping over there tomorrow night after dinner at Yachtsman so we'll use them then as well as our rider switch pass. If we don't use them all we'll pass them on to another family.
