Is this just ridiculous?

We only have 2n.. thats it! I just switched from ASMo to POP. We are going only for MVMCP. We arrive around noon on Sunday.. go to MVMCP that night. Then have all day Monday to go to DtD and see the other resorts decorations. We have a 9:45am flight on Tuesday am. I am seriously considering staying at CR just for the night of the MVMCP for the ease of transportation and the fact that we 7:35am ressies for Ohanas for breakfast on Monday. Thinking it might be nice to just walk back after the party and then be right on the monorail in the am. Then after breakfast so resort hop to GF and WL. (I assume we can leave our car at CR for awhile??) Then when we are done, drive over to POP, check in.. rest for a bit.. then head to DtD? We will have a rental car so not all our belongings need to come up to the room with us.. we are on a 7n cruise right before so when we are packing up from that, I can pack one suitcase for our stay at CR and one suitcase for our stay at POP and leave the rest in the rental car.


Now is this just ridiculous? I REALLY want to try a deluxe and I figure with the ease of transportation for the party and then our early ressies for breakfast it might be nice?

It's not ridiculous - but you had better decide quickly because there may not be availability at CR. Dec. is a really busy month at WDW.

There are still garden wing rooms available.. I keep checking! I will decide by tomorrow because I leave on Saturday for our cruise!

I would do CR becuase of the location and for that short of a stay but this is just me

Thanks, thats what I am really thinking. We have a 7n cruise right before this and hubby said he doesnt want to do any excursions, just enjoy the ship so I figure I can take that money and put it towards the extra cost of CR. Its $200 more (including taxes) for that night. But for the ease of it.. oh gosh its better! I am pretty sure I am just going to bite the bullet and do it. I really want to try a deluxe and here is my chance!

You cant put a price tag on convenience, stress fee, hassle fee ease you will get if you go through with your plan!!!! I would do it! Great idea!

I did it! I switched to one night CR and one night POP. I will probably end up doing just CR to avoid changing resorts but I need to decide quick if so! But if not, when packing up AFTER the cruise, I will jsut have one bag for our night at CR and one for POP and then just leave the rest in the car so it wouldnt be that bad of a move! Ahhh the ease of travel after MVMCP and Ohanas in the am will be nice!

Yes, I have heard of that! We have ressies at 5:15 at Crystal Palace.. and I was tempted to cancel them so we can get in some rides (youngest DS hasnt been!) but I think I will keep it to let the kids have a nice character meal, we will be out in time for Twas the Night before. I am also going to see if we can move up our ressies when we get in at 4pm
