I have multiple rooms booked for the same week. I need to cancel one of three. I have been on hold 30+ minutes. They are now playing announcements about coming for limited time magic in 2013. Odd.
 
Phones lines are busy because 2014 packages were released today. So many are calling to book.
 
I just had a client email me late last night saying she needed to cancel. I didn't see the email until this morning. I wrote her back and said "not today" after sitting on hold for 40 minutes. I hope she is not one of those who comes on here and rants about her TA not canceling her reservation for her :)
