hi, I have booked sci fi at 8.10pm Dec 21st, it says park closes at 8pm? But also says Fantasmic is on at 8.30pm?

You'll be fine. Fantasmic! is often presented half an hour after the official closing time for DHS. Also, in December the Osborne Lights often remain on for at least an hour after park closing. Even with an 8:10 dinner reservation there will be plenty of people still in the park when you finish dinner.

Ok, we are not going to watch Fantasmic, we have seen it before and actually thought Disneylands was better.
I was just worried that the Sc Fi would say they are closed as the park is closed.
Btw how long does the Fantasmic show go for ? We might get out of the park before the crowds lol
We will be at HS all day, so will look at the lights before dinner, I guess

Fantasmic is approximately 25 minutes long. I think the film clips at Sci Fi are on a loop that is about 45 minutes long so if you are seated on time and want to see all the clips you'll be finishing up at about the same time as F! ends. We find that meals at SciFi take us about 60 minutes. Instead of being ahead of the crowds, you can let the F! crowds leave first and walk leisurely to the exit, maybe stopping along the way at the stores.

I agree that the Disneyland version of Fantasmic! is much better.
