After booking Free Dining at Coronado Springs, between two adults over 8 days, 5 park days, we'll have around $700 in spending cash. Do you think that is enough when Food and Wine is going on?

We just changed from Pop to CSR and incurred a $300 increase, but feel that's well worth it.

As long as you don't end up buying a $1000 knife set like we did (ended up returning it after they rusted from their first trip to the dishwasher) then you should be fine. Other potential things that could set you back are $200-$500 purses and jewelry. If you just want some shirts, cups, etc. and have free dinning, $700 should be more than enough for 2 people.

That's great news. And no. Cigars and a few adult drinks maybe, but no $500 unless my DGF has other plans! :rolleyes1

I think you'll be fine. We spent around $650 last trip on all spending after the ddp. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. We didn't say no to the kids much but we aren't knick knack collectors. I don't do sweaters and shirts or most souvenirs.

We spent $200 cash on tips that wasn't included in that $650.

On our 8 day trip we spent just over $1000 on tips, souvenirs, extra meals and snacks, for a family of 5. You should be fine.
