I wasn't sure if this is the right board but I have a question about transportation for early breakfast ressies.

I have a 7:30 am ressie for Ohana at Poly. I am staying at Pop.

How early will a bus run from Pop to TTC? I believe I would need to take the Monorail at the TTC to Poly. Is that right? What would be the total (approx) transportation time?

I also booked the Magical Milestones tour at MK for 9am that morning. How long will breakfast take?

Also, on the Monorail, how long will it take to get from Poly to MK?

Told ya I had a lotta questions

Thanks!!!

I think the busses start 2 hours before the park opens so prob at 7am. That will make it very tough to get to the Poly by 730. Yes you do have to either go to the TTC or the MK first. You may want to consider a taxi straight to the Poly for that. With that early of an ADR at Ohana you should get right in and be able to make the tour if you don't eat real slow. The monorail ride is fairly quick depending on which direction it's going. It loops around all the resorts and the TTC there. If you're lucky the MK will be the first stop. Good Luck

P.S. We love Ohana. It's always our last breakfast there.

Agree with Flametamr... take a cab first thing in the morning, then use Disney transportation for the rest of the day. It would be easiest if you had a rental car, but I know a lot of people don't want one when they visit Disney. Personally, I can't imagine being without one. We spend most of our time at Disney, but leave the property periodically to stop at the store or visit SeaWorld, Universal Studios, etc.

Just as an aside, the buses don't go the the TTC, just to the parks.

How early do you have to check in for your tour at MK? If it is 30 minutes early, you will not have enough time to eat and get there.

The monorail from the Poly to the MK is quick, once you get on. If you have just missed it, then it may be a 15 minute wait.

Then when you get off the monorail, you have to go through the bag search and then wait to get in. I think your timeline is too tight for breakfast at the poly then a 9:00 am tour. Can you do a breakfast IN the MK?

How early do you have to check in for your tour at MK?

We have to check in @ 8:45 am.

Can you do a breakfast IN the MK?

After reading the other comments, I ended up cancelling @ Ohana and made an 8:05 am ressie at CP in MK. I think this will work out much better. We have the first ressies of the morning so we should be able to be seated right away. And since this is a buffet, we don't have to wait for our food. We should be able to be check in for our tour on time

I've always wanted to walk down Main Street before the park opens :cheer2:

Thanks everyone for all of your advice!!!
