Is this crazy?

We have one day left on our hoppers and all 3 of our plus options. We plan on being at WDW for 4 days. My plan for our park day is MGM and then MK with the "plan" that BOTH Spectro and Tink will make an appearance....meaning IT CAN NOT RAIN!! If it rains and both are cancelled (these are MUST'S since we missed them both before) how crazy is it to buy one day tix for 3 a and 1 c? I know I'm looking at about $200 for 1 day, hopefully I won't have to do it but it's a back up. What I also considered doing was selling the tix I do have and buying 3 day hoppers but I can't find them ANYWHERE. At least this way I already have tix and MIGHT have to get one day passes. I know that can also backfire since they can always cancel due to an unexpected storm. Also since they haven't released August's hours or schedule yet I don't even know if Spectro will be offered while we are there......Oh the agony!
So what do you all think?????
P.S. this is a cheap trip for us, staying in DD for $111, spending money and food....buying 4, 4 day PH aren't an option.

I've heard Alamo has the 3 day tix. There is a thread on here somewhere about it.

If it were me, I would use your tickets you have and hope for the best. If you are trying to make it a cheap trip, that is the best option. But then, I am a cheapskate by nature. I am not sure it worth the $200 just for Spectro and Tink.

Do you plan on using the other pluses at the water parks for 3 days?

yes, we are water parking it. Tink is DS5's absolute favorite char. I know he's a boy but Peter Pan is his fav movie. Tink has also sent him 2 postcards and he keeps saying "I have to see Tink fly MOM!" When he looks up at me with that adorable face I just MELT!!!! I know $200 is a bit extreme but we would be spending all day at MK and not just going in for Tink's flight and Spectro.
I'm nuts I know
Also I think Alamo removed it from their site cause I checked there and many MANY other places as well...no luck
