Is this correct? (Candlelight Processional package)

In the past, the dining packages for the candlelight processional could be booked more than 90 days in advance. I just called to try to make this reservation and was told that it too is on the 90-day system. I am probably paranoid but I have been given incorrect tinfo by Disney in the past, so just checking here to make sure this really is the system now. Thanks!
