Is This any Way to Choose a Resort???

My DW needs her coffee fix in the morning to get going so that is the reason we have picked the Polynesian the past three visits. Thanks to Kona Coffee we were able to make Early Entry. I would like to stay at a different resort this trip, but have read horror stories about the lousy coffee served elsewhere at Disney. Do any of the other resorts serve something besides the swill I read about??

If it's any help, alot of the resorts have coffee makers right in the rooms...you could always bring your own from home to make for that first cup to get you going on the way out the door

Actually, I ended up choosing the Poly for our next visit because we love the Tonga Toast at the Kona Cafe. Last visit we were at BWI and ended up driving over to the Poly for breakfast several times. This year we figured we would save the commuting time and stay at the Poly.

If you find the Poly more convenient I say stay there but if you'd really like to stay somewhere else I'd bring a supply of ground Starbucks to use in the coffee maker in the room. I think there are coffee makers in all deluxes and moderates.

I'm with your wife. Sorry, but Kona Coffee is in my opinion - the absolute BEST coffee in all of WDW.

WDW Swan and Dolphin resorts proudly serve STARBUCKS coffee...with free refills (with the $10 souvenier mug)! They also have "flavored" syrups she may use at no additional charge. The STARBUCKS coffee is wonderful, and my favorite brand of java~! It's sure to give her the morning BOOST she desires.
