I ordered a Digital Photo frame for my mom this Christmas. It was just delivered by FedEX!!! I know this is a gift she will love but, I think I may need to take it out of the box and make sure it works. It says, you can swap out the actual 5X7 frame with one of your own...I may have to test that out too. Also, I should see how many pictures this thing will hold. The box claims the picture is bright...

I'm sure Momma wouldn't mind a ripped open box. I'm sure she would appreciate that I got her something that actually worked the way it was advertised. Afterall, I'm a very caring daughter and only want the best for her.

ETA: I could take pictures of my kids ripping open the box...she love pictures of them....and load them onto the frame as part of her gift... I'm really trying to convince myself that this is okay...

I would test it...and preload the photos. What's worse, it not working when she gets it or a little box damage?

Why don't you just put it in a gift box when your done loading it??

Right, take it out of the manufacturer packaging and set it up the way you want. Then just use a regular gift box to neatly wrap it in.

Save the instructions & accessories and give them to her after she's opened it.
