Is this a restaurant???

When walking from Fantasyland just past IASW and former skyway site on the right and Peter Pan on the left, there is an enclosed area over the walkway that appears to be a restaurant. Would that be a part of LTT?

I think you may be referring to Columbia Harbour House........

I assume you mean you're right at the point where the smucker's store is on your right and you're looking (basically) into Frontierland? If so -- on your left is the Columbia House Rest. - there is seating on the second floor.
