Just got a quote with TRavel City DIrect (who I know nothing about):-

2 weeks in August

2 adults, 2 children

All Star Movies

Car

£3068

What do you think? What are their planes like? Any info welcome?!!!

Thanks!!

Travel city direct are no frills. We have been with them a few times and have no complaints. The planes are older than Virgin but they get you there. Would I rather travel with Virgin, yes but I would rather save the money with TCD and stay in a nicer hotel for example yes

ifbooked sepperate would say:-
rooms £65 UK price (could get a little cheaper plus a few nights free dinning)
Car for 2 weeks about £250
Flights £650- £700
Total £3760-£3960

We are travelling with TCD in August and in there sunshine first cabin, and DW done a lot of research into who was the cheapest.

TCD were by the far the most economical, and Virgin were the most expensive, if we flew with Virgin we would have to go in economy due to the cost of there upgrades ( compared with TCD, air tours, etc) and having done Virgin economy on the way back from our honeymoon, it is not something i would relish.

I think Virgin are probably the best carrier, but then they are the most expensive as well.

What you have been quoted seems pretty good, we are staying POR , flying sunshine first and ours cost £2500 for 2 adults, no car, but this does include park passes.

I think that is a good price, I think you will struggle to get anything cheaper unless you wait for a last minute deal, then you run the risk of not getting what you necessary want.

Had a quick look and got £2986 for pop centuary going 13/8/07 for 2 weeks with 4 door intermediate car fully inc insurance from manchester with TCD.I have stayed at pop and it is great. If I find anything else will post on here.:thumbsup2

Not too sure if this will help, but it might help you compare:

Booked last May for this August with Virgin and got: 2 Adults, 6-27 August (3 weeks), 11 nights Sheraton Studio City, 10 nights ASMo with free dining- no car (didn't want it) = £2600 (with VAFC discount)

we have flown we TCD twice now, as Virgin are just too expensive, if your not so bothered about all the frillls its ok, you still get free drinks, entertainment just not in the back of your seats. its fine just to get you from A to B, and its easy to nagative from sanford to orlando.

booked it, we plan on going with them next year

Hi

What date do you want to fly? Where do you want to fly from and would you consider indirect flights?
