Is this a good idea?

Here is the situation :
4 adults, 4 children
2 bedroom at Old Key West
Check in Saturday June 10-check out Friday June 16

We want to fly down Friday evening so we will have the entire day Saturday to be in the parks. We tossed around the idea of getting 2 rooms off property for Friday, getting up early and checking into OKW, then heading into the parks. We would have to get some kind of transportation for 8 from MCO to off site property Friday thenfrom off site property to OKW Saturday morning.

I was thinking this may be a better idea-
Fly in Friday-reserve 2 rooms for Friday night at POP or All Stars-take ME there Friday night. Get up early Saturday, check out, have our luggage sent to OKW-go to the parks-check into OKW mid afternoon-ME back to MCO on the 16th from OKW.

I am thinking the second idea would be easier. t would save us time and money. Any opinions?
