We had to cancel a trip we had planned on taking due to some unforeseen circumstances involving dh. Things are back on track now, and we want to take a much needed getaway.
I am worried though that this may be a poor time crowd-wise to go on a last minute trip. I checked our dates, and there is availability for some resorts so a room isn't an issue (though our preferred resort isn't available, but no worries, there are options, lol) what I am concerned about are the crowds. DH is still "on the mend" so we were hoping for not a ton of crowds at the parks (dh would go for short times, but DS and I would still visit them a fair amount of time while DH rests as needed) or at the resort (where I am thinking DH would be spending a lot of his time).
The dates that we can go are Dec 12-19th. Do you think that is a good/bad time for a last minute getaway being that we're looking to unwind and relax?
