Is there such a thing as last minute discount on DCL?

Hi. Anyone know if there is last minute discount on Disney Cruise? Our schedule is flexible (can decide a week before departure)and we would like to take advantage of this if available.

If yes, approximately when and how to get them?

If no, because of:

-company policy?
-security?
-always sold out?
-they don't care if they are not sold out?

Can you also recommend any reliable travel company that has great/true last minute cruise (any cruise line) special?

Cruises get discounted at various times. The most likely are Sept/Oct and January because the cruises don't sell out as quickly as DCL might like. We just keep watching the internet, and have been able to get a cruise a week before sailing. When you do that, you can book thru any TA. It is too late to ship documents to you, so you pick them up at the port. It is very easy and efficient.

I also would like to know of an agent that gives "True" last minute cruise deals.

We just booked 2 weeks from departure and received the "Early Booking Savings".
If we were early, I hate to think what the last minute is considered!!

If you live in Florida you can get the resident specials which often change depending upon availability.
