Is there such a thing as a "late/afternoon" entry pass?

I was wondering if it's possible to get a certain pass that allows you to enter the park after a certain time (say, 5pm)? Say if you wanted to just go to Epcot for dinner and Illuminations, so you wouldn't have to spend an entire "park hopper" day.

I thought I read something about this once, but can't find the info anywhere.

Short answer: No.

Long answer: Convention packages can include 1-park after 2pm passes, but I'm not sure of the details. I've seen them primarily with large (corporate-sized) groups. There used to be a FL Resident Epcot after 4pm pass (not single-day), but that has been discontinued for a few years.

I always get after four passes with a convention I take each June. It makes it real handy if you're getting in mid-afternoon to drop by Epcot for dinner and little taste of Magic. Unfortunately, Safari Steve speaks the truth. I've never, ever found anything for out of state folks for general sale, and I have looked, and looked, and looked, and looked, ad nauseum.

I'm surprised the discontinued the local passes. That must have been nice for the Florida folks, the turnstiles, and the Epcot restaurants.

It is with shame I pass on pardons. My degree is in English. Alas, it is from Penn State, which means I really majored in football. Allow me to reword:

Safari Steve is right. Unfortunately, you cannot get late entry pass without convention ties.

How much better that sentence would read as such: "Fortunately, Safari Steve procured me a free pair of PAP's and a two weeks at the BCV." Now, doesn't that have a ring to it?
