We are at WDW from October 19-26. We are going with our best friends from WA and I was thinking one night it would be fun to have a mommy and daddy night out for dinner. NICE place because both my best friend and hubby have birthdays while we're there. Is there a nice restaurant where we can have long nice birthday ADULT meal and also where we can drop kids at some type of adventure club/kids' camp where they can have fun while we have fun? I remember when I was 12 or so we stayed at the Contemporary and my parents dropped us off at what we thought was Kid's Only place while they went to dinner - didn't feel like baby sitting - my brothers and I had a BLAST and were bummed when parents came to get us!

If it matters, kids are two 5 year olds and one 4 year old. I'd like restaurant and kid's camp to be at same resort, if possible? Hate to ramble but for example, Poly Luau would be fun for adults but I don't know if they have kids' camp? Any ideas appreciated. THANKS!

A number of the deluxe resorts have a Kids Club - Poly, Grand Floridian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, and the Beach Club are the ones I can think of. I think it was $11/hour per child, in January. They serve them dinner if they are there at the right time as well. My kids loved the Neverland Club at the Poly.

Definitely! There is the Neverland Club in the Poly and the Mousketeer Club in the Grand Floridian, to name a couple. (I also stayed at the now-closed Mouseketeer Club in the CR as a kid and LOVED it!) You've got plenty of great adult-dining choices right there, actually...the Cali Grill at CR or Narcoossee's, Citricos or Victoria & Alberts in the GF. I think AKL also has a kids club, and Jiko is there, which I heard is fantastic. If you want only a 1 credit meal you could try Kona Cafe in the Poly. Have fun!

The Neverland Club is far and away the coolest of the kids' clubs. And because of the monorail you could really go to any of the resort restaurants at GF, Poly or Contemporary and still be within easy reach of the little ones.

My husband and I and some friends were at WDW this past January. We dined at Todd English's Blue Zoo at the Dolphin. If you dine here, you get to drop the kids off at Camp Dolphin for free (provided you each order an entree). This was an awesome deal! The kids had a great time. They even provide them with dinner. And us adults got to have a wonderful, relaxing meal. The food is amazing. You can check out their menu at www.allearsnet.com
I think this deal applies to Shula's Steakhouse as well.
Oh, here is a link that explains it all.

We are going to take our kids to the Neverland Club and then go to Victoria & Albert's to celebrate our 10 year anniversary.
