Is there still problems booking AP on the US disney site?

I have just tried to get my sisters AP through the dvc link and it keeps saying there is a problem with the card, was this happening before at this stage? or maybe sisters BF card issuer has put a stop on it!

To get DVC discount on an AP the person needs to be immediate family, ie spouse, sibling or parent, and living at the same address as the DVC member, could this be why the order is being rejected?

I don't think this is why! I used my mothers cc in December to purchase my AP and she has a different last name and different address.

Sisters and brothers are also included as are sister-in-law etc, my sister also has the same address.

Best bet is to ring MS and order through them.
