Is there still a Vacation Planning service available at the DLR hotels?

You used to be able to request them to arrange dining reservations and things like that. I assume that isn't happening now? It also used to be possible to get reservations as a hotel guest sometimes even when no openings were showing up in the general pool. I'm going to try really hard to get the important reservations for my trip in Dec, but was wondering if I didn't manage to grab something, whether there might be a possibility of getting it through VP or something of that sort.
