Is there somewhere at BWV we can store milk,etc before check-in?

We are heading to BWV next Saturday, and we were thinking about stopping on the way (we are using a towncar service) and getting some milk, bread and other items we will need. Since we will be arriving before 4 o'clock and our room will most likely not be ready, is there anywhere we can store our groceries until we are able to get our room? Thanks

They will store them for you at the BWV. Make sure you put the things that need cold storage in a separate bag and make sure you point out to the bell person what they are. They are very good at taking care of this.

We just did this at Beach Club. we had about 8 bags of groceries!!! They put it in the fridge or freezer for you, give you a call tag, when your room is ready, give them a ring and they will bring it on up for.

Here's a question for you guys...we're stopping at the grocery store before one night at BWV, but then transferring over to the BCV's for 9 nights after that. What would you do if you had 2 gallons of milk, half gallon of oj and other groceries. We're doing a studio the first night, then going over to BCV's for a one BR. So should we bring everything up to the studio at the Boardwalk and then take a taxi or something the next morning to the BCV's with all our groceries??

Just compare the cost of the Taxi to the total of the groceries you would need to buy at your new resort to replace the old ones you're going to pitch--shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
You would not otherwise need the taxi since Disney will move your bags for your, I believe.

Mooobooks, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you clarify a little bit? I think a taxi ride over to the BCV's is 10.00 from the BWV. I imagine we'll probably spend about 35.00 or so on groceries. So are you saying that the taxi makes sense or is there another way to get the perishables over there and store them till our BCV room is ready?
