Is there something like Disney's Photopass at US?

bumping this to see if anyone has recent info? Is it still priced per photo or can you pay about $100 like Disney does for Photopass?

There's a Universal Photo Connect facebook page with more information. You can preorder for $39.95 (not sure about tax) and it includes a 5x7, a personalized photo card, and downloads from: photographers (at the front of the parks, possibly also on the Harry Potter bridge, and at least sometimes with characters?--at any rate characterized on the page as "roving" in both parks), Sponge Bob Hot Set, ET Toy Closet, MiB Alien Attack, Revenge of the Mummy, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit*, Incredible Hulk Coaster, Spiderman Hot Set, Spiderman in Queue, Ripsaw Falls, Jurassic Park Auto Capture, Jurassic Park River Adventure, and WWoHP Forbidden Journey*.

The facebook page advertises the $39.95 price as a $10 savings. They say (in response to a comment) that you can order as far in advance as you like. Previous reports have said that the FJ and HRRR photos were not included--but the FB page says that the FJ availability (at least) was added January 28. Seems like a great deal to me--I am strongly considering pre-ordering for our December trip.

Hi all---

I just went to the photo connect website and preordered the card for my April trip. It was $39.95 (no tax). It includes:

Photo Connect lanyard
Personalized card featuring your favorite picture
UNLIMITED digital downloads of all park photos
1 5X7 or 8X10 print
A photo CD of all your photos
Purchase any other part prints for $10 each

Sounds like a great deal. Just print the confirmation email and bring to the park. It has a bar code. Just present to any photographer and when you have your first photo taken you'll get instructions on where to get your card.

Hope this helps,

Laura
first extented trip to the dark side April 18-22 :goodvibes

When you pre-order do they mail you a card? or is it just a code? We will be there next weekend so I am afraid we don't have time for a card to get to us by Friday. Looks like a good deal though.

They don't send you a card, just an email with a bar code on it---

print the email and take it with you. Hand it to the first photographer you see and they will scan it and tell you where to get your card.

Have a great trip :)

Laura

We are going with in-laws so wondered whether we could both use this e.g. 2 vehicles on Forbidden Journey ?
