For the past 48 hours, EVERYWHERE I go, there are either people bickering, sulking or just being miserable. This is not only happening in "real" life, but here as well. What in God's name is going on??!! Used to be when things got stressful, I could come here to chill out for awhile. Guess that's gone now too. Maybe I'll go hide under a rock for awhile. Of course, with my luck, there will be poison ivy under the rock!

If I were any happier, I'd probably just bust.

For one, I survived my little encounter with a shark yesterday - glad to be alive.

And secondly, I am going to do something next Friday that's going to be the beginning of the rest of my very happy life.

I'll post here after I've done it - I can't let the cat out of the bag just yet. But I sure am excited about it!

Maybe it is literally the weather. I know yesterday, after the severe storms that hit here and the way the barometric pressure was acting - I had one hell of a migraine yesterday and I didn't care to hear about anything from anyone else. And I'm still in that kind of mood today because my day was basically ruined yesterday because I wasn't feeling good not to mention I didn't even get to make it to the cemetary to take my mother's day plant to my mom's grave due to the high winds and weather. So maybe it's the weather....literally.

It's all that Pixie Dust. Studies have shown that noxious fumes are emitted from stale Pixie Dust. As the PD begins to disintegrate, these fumes are released into the atmosphere. Generally, the fumes are confined to cloud level, however.
It is suggested that those near these PD infested areas, occasionally remove their heads from the clouds for breaths of fresh air. This will prevent being overwhelmed by the intoxicating effects of the fumes, and reduce the withdrawal symptoms after the fumes have dissipated.

I think dandave's got it. But studies show that fresh Pixie Dust is even worse. Not only does it cause all the bad things that stale PD does, but in clinical studies it has also been linked to ear infections, abdominal pain, sexual side effects and the dreaded dry mouth.

I vote for an all out ban on Pixie Dust use on the DIS. We need more manure in the air.

While the CB would be interesting if everyone here only posted things that made me deliriously happy and stress-free, I would soon tire of it. I would feel selfish very quickly. I realize that some people come here to express anger, sadness, and fear, and relieve their own stress in doing so. They have as much right to express themselves and relieve their stress as I do.

It's not that I would only want posts that would make me happy. It's just the meaness and back stabbing that have been here so much lately that I would like to see ended. I know there will always be a squabble or two going on. When there are so many people, all with their own points of view, that's to be expected. We all just need to learn to be respectful of others and the problems will fix themselves!

I was at WDW last week and this is the first time in the past 15 years that I encountered such rude and selfish people (not cast members- BUT GUESTS) with something up their you-know-whats. It really flavoured our trip despite our efforts to stay positive and have fun.
