Is There Short term Parking at Disneyland Hotel?

I am going to check in, drop off bags (room or bell service, depending on if room is ready) and return my rental car over at Dollar and enter the park from S Harbor. Is there parking out front for check ins? I really don't want to pay $17 for a 30 minute drop.

When I did this at GCH, I just let them know at valet when they were unloading it and he told me not to worry about it. He parked it on the side and I got it an hour later, no ticket needed or anything. I don't know if that's the norm, but I was grateful he made it so easy.

I don't know the exact procedures at DLH, but you will not need to pay for parking.
The valet/bellmen will give you instructions.
