Is there really no dessert at Yachtsman?

I've been reading all about the yummy desserts. But when I look at the menu for The Yachtsman Steakhouse I don't see any listed. I was thinking of making this my birthday meal so I really want something sweet.

And has anyone had the Polenta there? It's the only veggie thing I see on the menu..

This menu is from 1/07 and has a ravioli dish on it for vegetarians. Sounds delicious, actually. Which menu are you looking at and when was it last updated? They probably change the items frequently to keep items fresh and in season.

Not only are there desserts, but as you walk in you are led to a display table that showcases them. We had a difficult time choosing because they all looked so yummy!

The Jack Daniel's mousse cake at Yachtsman just may be my all time favorite dessert.

The yatchsman had awesome desserts. Go for it! We eat there every trip. Can't wait until 2008!!!!

They also offer a sampler dessert with 3 of their "favorites". I can't remember which ones were offered but they were all good. We were so stuffed after dinner we decided to get dessert to go. They boxed up a dessert sampler for us and we took it back to the villa and enjoyed it later. I think it was $10.95 or so. So yummy!

Well, as far as I know, Chef Stefan is still the pastry chef at Y&BC so not only are there desserts but there are amazingly yummy desserts.
