Is there bellhop service at OKW?

I was curious how you get your baggage up to your room. Do they have people that bring them up for you or do you have to do all of that yourself???

Also, do the rooms have front doors that lead to the outside or into a inside hallway. Not sure how the hotel is setup. Do you walk into a building and walk down the hallway inside to get to your room. Or is it more like a motel type setup???

You can get help, but you probably won't need it. The units are villas. You drive right up to them and park in front of your room. The doors open to the outside. If you get a third floor villa and need help, you can just ask for it at curbside of when you check in.

If you don't have a car, they have carts to carry both you and your luggage to your building and take your luggage right to your room.

Of course you always have the option of taking it yourself.

Normally we don't use bell services when we stay at OKW..just drive up the unit and take our luggage inside. However, last week we did use bell services because DH is recovering from back surgery. When we checked in we asked for assistance and bell services sent someover to meet us at the unit. The carried our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. Arranged a time for them to carry our luggage down when we checked out. (called the night before) Excellent service!
