Is there anything good at Applebees?

The Oriental Chicken wrap.

This or the salad version is the only thing I eat at applebees. I don't really care for the place at all!

I like the Quesidilla burger.

Also Garfields brought back their old menu on Wednesday. YAY! The Fiesta Platter is back!!!!! (That was my favorite.) I hated their new menu!

Sante Fe Chicken salad is usually edible. I like the Orange Chicken bowl, it's usually two meals for me. Sometimes I order an appetizer for 1/2price of boneless chicken with HoneyBBQ sauce and an ice tea.(I know, no veggies but I come home to some raw veggies as a snak) We LOVE the triple chocolate meltdown, we share it 3 ways.

I have yet to find anything I like here. My daughter however loves it. And any opportunity that she gets to pick where we eat she picks Applebees.
Tonite is one of those nites.

So what should I try?

The one and only thing I like and eat are the BONELESS wings!! YUMMMMY! haha..
I get the regular buffalo boneless wings mild with blue cheese/celery -- with side of fries..

in fact you just made me hungry for them tonight i think thats what im going to get as take-out lol thanks!

Now that's funny. I happen to really like Applebee's. However, there's only one item I've ever ordered. I always get the chicken tenders/fries platter with honey mustard. I don't EVER order chicken tenders anywhere else... but I just adore these and can't bring myself to order anything else to try...

I don't care for Applebees, but my SIL likes it, so I end up there every once in a blue moon!

They have a new selection of burgers I think called homestyle or something like that. We went a coupl of months ago and I had one with bacon that was VERY good. They have a deal where two people get an appetizer, two entrees and a dessert for around $20 I think. Pretty good deal.

I also like their wings.

DH ended up with the frajita wraps and liked them! I tried to chicken pasta thing- and I liked it too- it was pretty good. The bread stick was lame but the pasta sauce was garlicy and yummy.
Potato skins were very good.

So all in all not as bad as in the past THANKS for the suggestions they really helped!
Although I do remember why I really don't like it- Pepsi!

Yep, this is the only thing I will order too. We only go there once a year at best (and I was there in April, so I guess I'm good til 2010!)

i'll order the shrimp and spinach salad, but with the dressing on the side. it's way fatty so ordering it on the side is at least a way for me to portion what i get. i actually really like the flavor of the shrimp in the salad they're kind of spicy, which is good.

No. I have yet to find anything good at Applebee's in recent years. About 8-10 years ago they actually used to make a pretty good steak. Now, I wouldn't dare order one there!

I go on occasion because it is a central off the highway place for me and a friend from college to meet. We live about 45 min apart so when we meet for lunch, I get a salad. They are edible.
