Is there any board to do DVC and Interval trades?

Would TUG work for that? I know someone who has an Aruba timeshare they want to trade for a week of DVC....

TUG would be a good place for such a trade - also Timesharing Today ( tstoday.com ) has similar features, but TUG is probably better known. There are also others (redweek.com is one )

That could also be listed on the DIS DVC Rent/Trade Board as long as the week to be traded is personally owned and is within the next 6 months.

So, if the person I know signed up for the DIS boards, she could post her Aruba room to see if a DVC member wanted to trade? Not sure if I was understanding it right....

Absolutely! As long as she owns the resort she is trading and the reservation is no more than 6 months from the time she posts, she may offer her trade on the Rent/Trade Board. (Make sure she titles the thread "Trade Offered:")

There's already a Trade Offered on the R/T board now for Aruba. Is this your friend's? If not, it's very similar.
