A few years ago I found a nice one in AK. Fits the Brita bottles nicely and has both a strap and a clip for easy carrying. I believe the Merchantile or the one by the Safari still sells them - thought I saw them last Dec. They were $10 and the one I have is black with the AK logo on it.

HTH!!!! :teeth:

I found these inexpensive insulated holders with strap that are made for water bottles at Academy Sports. They were under $5 :cool1:

Yup - that's exactly what I use as well. Fits perfectly, and has a drawstring for the top to keep the bottle from sliding out.

I bought a bottle and cover at Stop and Shop in their seasonal section and just disgarded the bottle and put my Brita bottle in and it fits perfectly.

I ordered one from Nutztogo.com and it fits my Brita perfectly. In fact it would probably hold one even a little bigger. It has a small zippered pocket on the front of it that will perfectly hold AP, CC, DDE card, room key, and a little money. I think I paid about $7.00 for it, but I'm not sure.

If I need to carry more 'stuff' I plan to unhook the neck strap off the insulated carrier, put a multipurpose tie through the key chain part of a carbinger clip, zip the tie tight around the neck of the Brita bottle, then use the carbinger clip to make it easy to clip it to my fanny pack or back pack. In fact, I already have the bottle rigged up with the carbinger clip.

You can usually find insulated water bottle carriers at sporting goods stores and sometimes in the sporting goods sections of department stores like Target or WalMart.

I got one at a surplus store that fits my Brita bottle perfectly, but there are plenty at Dicks, Sports Authority, and REI that would also fit.

I bought these at Walgreen's last year. They're from California Innovations and they come in red, blue black and yellow. We color-coded our Brita bottles using these. They are insulated and have a carrying strap with adjustable length. It comes with a 700 ml sports bottle that I just replaced with the Brita bottle. Works like a charm!
