I see these awesome lists for the snack credits, which is so great.

But im wondering is there a list of best to worst QS at each park?

That is difficult because not everyone has the same tastes. On easywdw there are lists of most unique, etc.

My favorites are:

MK-CHH, Pecos Bill's
Ep-Tangierine Cafe, Sunshine Seasons
AK-Flame Tree
HS-Starring Rolls
