It looks like she had a great time!
Oh my gosh! I am one of those skeptical people who hears someone else talk about how cute their kids are and I just assume that they are only cute because they are that person's offspring. Not here, though. That is an absolutely adorable photo and a very cute child!
Not to sound like a jerk but there's no reason for them to see it. They won't use it in any promos, and lots of people have cute/amazing/adorable pics that I'm sure they'd love someone who works for the company to see but they don't actually send them in. There's just no purpose to it. The only reason that I can think of to would be if you had a letter recognizing a cast member something like "So and so at Magic Carpets was great, and look how much fun my kid had" but even then, the letter would be what they would focus on, not the picture.
Not to sound like a jerk either, but you guys have apparently never owned a business. Disney -- like any other business -- LOVES to see its customers having fun! Guest Communications does NOT only focus on the letter. A picture, as they say, is worth a thousand words. And when you're trying to tell Disney how much you enjoyed your last vacation, a smiling child having the time of their life on the magic carpets is worth any written description you could come up with.Exactly.
People never cease to amaze me.

Well you do sound like one.
There is no reason NOT to send it. Will it be shown somewhere? Who knows, but someone in guest relations will see it and know that a customer had a wonderful time.
It's a beautiful picture![]()
