Is there a way to fax room request for Dolphin?

I would like to make a request for a balcony room for our 7/13 stay at Dolphin, is there a way to fax requests of this type to them? If so, is this the best way to make such requests?

I believe a balcony room is actually a different price then the other rooms. I am not sure if you can request a balcony room if you are not paying for that level of room? We are staying at the Dolphin for the first time this coming Aug. but just booked the "standard view" room. Maybe someone who has already stayed at the Dolphin can help you out. Anyone?

You can request a balcony room, but, if you really, really want one, I suggest paying the difference. If you are OK whether you get one or not,and prefer not to pay for the upgrade, you can send your request to the hotel using the request form on the web-site at www.SwanDolphin.com

I personally, tho, advise everyone to wait and ask at check-in...
When you begin the check-in process, nicely ask if a balcony room is available. If there is one, they will give it to you, with no problem.

However, if there are none, please be understanding and thank them for trying.
