Is there a way to determine value besides ebay?

I ordered some Park 6 vinyls and ended up receiving the Purple Wet Paint Donald variant. Is ebay the only source out there for determining value? The only two that I can find on ebay were both Buy It Now sales and there has been nothing recently. I have never thought about selling a vinyl before but I may consider it with this one.

You can look at the pin guide book you can get in the parks, but that doesn't list every pin nor does it provide a monetary value. As far as I know there is no guide like that available.
