Some other family members of mine wanted to plan a trip but the email quotes don't work because they keep trying to change it & it's not going through. First they don't want this, then they do, then they actually don't. It would be A LOT easier if we can talk to someone for them, all I see though is a way to do it through email. Is there a # to call them?

From the Dreams Unlimited website:

Q - I have a lot of questions and really need to speak with someone on the phone. Why can't I find a telephone number on your site?

A - Since we are an Internet based company we find it much more efficient to do business through email and/or our automated systems. Many people are skeptical that any company can provide good customer service this way, but we invite you to read some of the comments our clients have sent us in our "What our clients are saying about us" section. Most of our clients are very pleasantly surprised with the level of service, timeliness of responses and individual attention we provide. If you have questions that you feel will not be answered by submitted a reservation request please feel free to write to us at reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com and we will get back to you ASAP. If you still feel you need to speak to someone you can call us toll free at 1-888-374-0494. Please be advised that this number has been established primarily for payments and general questions about our service - no one there will be able to check resort availability or provide you with pricing. That can only be done through the forms here.

if you can establish the dates and the location, everything else is pretty easy to adjust in comparison.

Once you submit a quote you will have an agent you can deal with by email.

In my confirmation letter I also recieved a phone number for my agent. I never had a need to call them, so don't know how hard it is to get your agent on the phone. This doesn't help the OP though since they can't even get a quote.

I think if you just fill out the quote form with what you 'generally" want then when you get the quote back with an agent assigned you can adjust the details. A quote, is just that-- a rough idea of what it will cost. Changes can always be made.

If you are still having problems let me know and I will see if I can get you some assistance.

As a new to Disney traveler, and not knowing the ropes, I finally decided to book through AAA because it was much more comfortable for me to communicate with a real person.

I must say, the AAA agent was extremely helpful in making suggestions based on our time frame and our ages. My husband will be 70, I will be 66 when we go for three days in Oct. I had planned to get a park hopper, after she compared prices and gave some 'case scenarios' it made more sense to do 3 day passes and not wear outselves out.

I'm sorry I took up some time with online questions with the internet service, but in the long run, I am far more comfortable . I will continue to communicate with 'my agent' personally throughout the process, too. I made the deposit and will finish paying in increments. She also urged me to do my Dining Plan reservations as soon as possibile. I never would have thougth to do them so far in advance. As it was, one that I wanted for dinner, I had to settle for lunch, but I have completed all of those by now. Good luck , have fun.
