Well, we're just 5 short days from our trip, and have an addition. My girlfriends friend will be flying down for a couple of nights. She arrives Saturday night (fairly late), and leaves Monday afternoon. She is staying off-property.

Anyway, our plans Sunday were to go to MK in the day, and Downtown Disney (possibly DisneyQuest and Pleasure Island) during the evening. And then Monday morning, we were going to do Animal Kingdom.

Her friend was just going to buy single day tickets to MK and Pleasure Island. But I was wondering if there is such thing as a two-day hopper.

Also, aren't there placed down there where you can buy the leftover tickets (I know I have read on here that some folks sell their unused portions of tickets). If so, is there a reputable company that someone could recommend that I can tell her to call?

Doing a little more studying, even the "Hoppers" don't allow admission to Pleasure Island unless you bought a 5 or 6 day - and then you get it as a "plus option". So really, even a two-day "hopper" probably wouldn't get her in to the three places she wants to go (MK, AK, and PI). I know it's kind of late but can anyone think of anything I can tell her to save a little money off of regular price? She will probably end up skipping AK on Monday since her plane leaves in the afternoon. So.... she'd most likely just do one day with MK and PI.

All advice is appreciated.

There is a BOUNCE BACK ticket that WDW sells...It gives you a few dollars off the second day's admission...

Can't find info on it but I bet someone here knows...

I just read abou that $5 saving at www.mousesavers.com...go to her tickets and passes section and there is a whole writeup about that and other ticket stuff. If I remember correctly, if she shows her current day's ticket at the main gate she can get the next day's ticket for $5 off.

There is a 3 day Park Hopper plus 1 you can buy through the Alamo site. If you dont use the 3rd day its good indefinetly. Go to the Alamo website and scroll down to the bottom and click on the Disney link & it will give you a phone number to call. $169 for adults.

There are numerous discounts at Pleasure Island, such as Disney Club, Annual Pass, etc. You can also buy cheap tickets online but there's not enough time left for that. Your best bet is to ask at the ticket booth what discounts are available. But if you don't belong to anything, you may end up paying full price.
