Is there a tram from the convention center?

I thought I saw when I was there a sign indicating a Disney tram that runs from the Anaheim convention parking lot to Disneyland?

Is this correct? Has anyone done this?

ART goes to the Convention center I do believe (but cost $3/day and gets mixed reviews). Alternatively, you may be able to walk across Katella to the parking lot behind DCA Paradise Pier and tram in from there. I'm not sure that parking lot is always open though...
