Is there a toll on the 429 Western Expressway?

I was wondering when you exit the Florida Turnpike to take the 429 Western Expressway to WDW, is there a toll charge for going that way or not?

Yes, it's a toll road. There is one toll plaza on the way to the Disney exit and the charge is $1.25. The plaza is about 4 miles south of the Turnpike.
