no, not normally. I think I heard that she has been seen at the pirate/princess party.

I don't know the specifics and I am sure someone else can tell you more, but it is my understanding that sometime very soon- maybe in the next month or so- she will have her own area at Toontown at MK (which is directly related to the fact she has a movie coming out on DVD this fall). I think they are planning on explaining it as "shrinking you down" to enter the room with her.

There are already pre-costumed pictures of Tink and the rest of the fairies that you can meet. They are from the fairy books, and I think jim hill at jimhillmedia.com posted a blog about them awhile back...
