Is there a timre element on NCP credits

I collected my NCP credits late last night after the close of the last host game. Now this morning I cannot get credits. Is there a waiting period. I thought it was once a day not once every so many hours?

Edited: I just went on another character and collected them just fine.

It is every 12 hours that you can collect those on one character.

Since you went late last night you will have to go 12 hours from then to collect them again
