Is there a summer fun pass for $99?

The point about the tickets being offered as a gift, by a SO Ca. resident is a good one. For if you are using one of those tickets, as you are going thru the turnstile and are asked for i.d. so very true, if you say, it was a gift, what will be Disneys reply? what if you are not with the person who is the So. Ca. resident? maybe you left your i.d. at home?
Maybe, I can use those tickets after all? I am getting confused at this point! ;)

I really dont think it would a problem. If it was me, I would do it, but we are not going in that time frame.

HTH!!

I don't know if it is the same policy as the SoCal deal they just had but I called DL and asked if I could buy for my sister who came in from Vegas. She said that I could buy them because the deal was their way of saying thank you to SoCal for putting up with all the noise, construction ect., and we can share with whomever we want.

So my sister actually went to Vons and paid for them herself and they didn't check ID at the store or DL.

I find it hard that they (gate attendant) would ask for ID given the volume of guest that goes through there everyday. Plus if you receive the tix as a gift, who is to say you can't use them?!? :rolleyes1

I wonder if these tix are the same as the "park hopper"?

I was thinking that too, but man, if I am the one person out of x that is asked and I show my i.d. well "busted" go back to the end of the line, and pay the difference, for if my stating that it is a gift, if they don't accept it, or if they require the person who has residency in the approved zip code area, to be there with you, then what?

I know many Costco's in Southern Calif. sell a 4 day pass for 139.00, but asks for "proof of residency is required for redemption."

DH & I are relocating to SO CAL. DH is already there and I am joining him on July 1st....he will be on full expenses until Sept 1, we will have NOTHING that shows proof of residency at all...not a utility bill, not a drivers license, not a rent or mortage bill...what should we do if they ask for proof of residence. :confused3

His paychecks go directly into our bank acct so no checks and despite the long term position, his home office is Boston and his co takes out MASS state tax on his check stub, so that is no good????? :confused3

His co is paying for a car rental, so no car registration........I am trying to figure out what we could possibly show............?

Is there a limited number of these tix available at Safeway or Vons? I'm hoping to pick some up sometime this month. Tips of which place is better to get these tickets?

I believe Safeway is only in northern cal, and vons is in southern ca. and the two are related. I don't believe that in north. ca. you will find those particular tickets, needless to say,but you never know.

We purchased a 3 day park hopper through a Southwest Airlines package and we paid $99.00 for it.

Hi, are you referring to the same Summer Fun Pass, or did you purchase something different? Are you a so. Cal resident, and did your package include airfare - or just theme park tickets?

If you do not live in Southern California, but still were able to get this deal, would you mind PM-ing me with more info?

I live in Northern California, and I'm traveling to Disneyland tomorrow. Still trying to find a last minute deal.
