Is there a separate gringotts tour like forbidden journey?

I've read that they sometimes offer a "Bank Tour" only--you have to ask. I've never been but am planning my first trip in April, and I hope this is true because my DH would never ride, but the queue sounds like something to see. I'm hoping he can at least walk through with me

Nope, there's no separate line.

You just walk in the regular line.

No separate tour. Anyone can go through the regular line, and then exit before boarding the ride. But you would be subject to waiting in line for whatever the posted wait time is. As a note, the single rider line bypasses the bank part so you'd have to go in the regular line.

I got lucky this past Friday. I went to the single rider line & asked if it was alright that I had my camera & wallet in my jacket pockets in case I needed to put them in a locker. The TM told said it wouldn't be a problem & asked if I'd like to take pictures. I said yes & he let me go through a line that ran alongside the queue (possibly a future express lane?). He said to be sure to let the TM at the front know that Josh sent me. When I got to that part of the line, I was told that I wasn't in the single rider line. I said that Josh sent me & I joined the line. It was great. I felt like a VIP. I got to take some great pictures & I only waited 5-10 minutes from the time I entered from outside the building.
