Not AFAIK. I usually refer to DVCNews.com for that info:

And remember, that refurbishment "schedule," rather than being written in stone, is actually written in very liquid mud. Take it as sort of a very general kind of guideline of the sequence of which resort will receive which kind of refurb (refresh vs. full), subject to change at DVCMC's decision.
