Is there a Pressed Penny in Japan Pavilion?

Is there a pressed penny machine for Japan in Epcot? Every other country had one so it seemed odd that Japan did not. Did I miss it?

Unless the machine has been removed, the Japan pressed penny set is located at the gift shop at International Gateway.

We've never entered Epcot though the IG. Are the coin machines something that could be accessed without actually entering the park, or do you need park admission to get to the machines?

(I'm asking because we'll be staying at the YC next month and we're not doing a park on arrival day, but I was thinking that we could go do some pressed pennies, and I see there's a Mulan coin at the IG that the kids would love.)
