Is there a parade in MK on 12/30 at 6pm??

Is there a parade scheduled for MK on 12/30 at 6pm? We are hearing that are college band will march in MK at this time on 12/30 b/c they will be in town for a bowl game. But, I didn't think there was a parade or anything scheduled in MK at this time on that date.

OP is asking about a Citrus Bowl parade. I've heard it is scheduled for Friday night at 6 or 6:30 but can't find anything solid from LSU or from Disney.

No Parade on the Times Guide,BUT that doesn't necessarliy mean your Band won't be marching through MK then just before A Frozen Holiday Wish.

Bands do,at times, march through MK(and Epcot) without any mention in the Times Guide.

I would shoot Guest Communications an email-they "should" be able to get you a definitive answer.

In the summer when some marching bands are around to perform, they kind of just play around the hub and make their own parade down the street. they do usually go the parade route just before the parade but that's not the only time.

Louisiana State University "The Golden Band from Tigerland" will start at Frontierland at 6:35pm on the 30th

We will try to take a video of it! This was a great surprise! We were already planning on being in MK that day! It's my 2 favorite things combined! I'm so excited! Geaux Tigers!

I got confirmation from guest services a few days ago. But, what I didn't ask is the route. Does anyone know if it's the usual parade route & where it's starting?
