is there a new payment policy for room only???

I don't know if it makes a difference if you've booked thru CRO vs. WDW reservations. WDW ressies used to be booked as packages, even room only and the deposit used to be 200.00 with balance due 45 days prior to arrival. CRO used to be 1 night deposit w/balance due at checkin.

At one time I was told they were going to combine these 2. The difference between the 2 was the computer system used - hence difference in length of confirmation number.

My current ressie is a 12 digit number booked thru CRO (I asked when I called) and balance due at check-in.

So, Is your confirmation number 12 digits? Maybe this will give a clue.
