If you have an AP and go with free dining, what is the min. Room ressie you have to purchase?

For free dining there is a minimum of 3 nights.

Even if you have an AP you must buy at least 2 day tickets as part of a package for free dining.

Your AP does you no good if you are booking the free dining. You still must book at rack rate for a minimum of three nights, buy at least 2 day park tickets for everyone in the room, and buy that $99.00 Memory book.

Run your numbers, losing the room discount, having to buy two day park tickets, and the $99.00 Memory book, there is a good chance an AP discount (especially if you get the TIW card for restaurant discounts) may beat it at a moderate or deluxe resort. I know the bounce back deal I currently have booked for my Sept trip at CSR easily beats the free dining deal and the AP discount too. Just run your numbers on any discount that you may qualify for. I also currently have another bounceback deal for Nov/Dec and know that it will easily beat any free dining deal that might come out and with how bad the current AP discounts are, will probably beat them as well.
