Is there a list of FP+ kiosk locations yet?

So I'm starting to grasp that there are FP+ kiosk locations in areas of the parks other than right at the entrance. And I'm thinking if I'm there at rope drop I might want to head for a few rides first rather than stand in a long FP+ kiosk line and get the FP somewhere deeper in the park.

Is there a list yet of where all the kiosks are in each park?

I am going in early May, crowd levels predicted at 5's every day I'm there (mon-Fri) so that will help I'm sure. I am staying at the Dolphin and just going on the assumption that I will be treated like an off-site guest for FP+ at this point.

Thanks Robo for the quick and helpful reply! I just checked updated park hours for my week and see that MK is open now till 11pm each night which is great. Won't really change my touring plans but will be nice for my college aged kids if they want to hop to MK after dinner in Epcot.
