My daughter lost her phone, she thinks on the Nemo ride yesterday. Of course it’s dead so we can’t track it. Any thoughts on how to recover it if it was turned in?

I have had fantastic experiences with Disney lost/found and filling out the form linked here:https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/lost-and-found/

Since you’re there and probably need your phone back ASAP, you may also want to try to visit Guest Relations at Epcot, if possible.

Visiting Guest Relations is a good idea, but be aware that in Dec 2020, Disney changed their list and found procedures to make the online form mentioned above, be the start of the process. From experience, it works well. In early December, we left DHS forgetting that we had put stuff in a locker. I contacted GR the next day. There was initially a lot of confusion on the part of the GR staff as the process had just changed and while they knew that, they weren't entirely sure how to proceed. It took most of the day and multiple checks back in with GR, but eventually I spoke with Emily at Epcot. She called everyone she knew of around the resort and finally directed me to the online form. Filled it out with all the details. Had an email the next morning telling me they had our stuff and that I could pick it up at the lost and found window located by the bus stop at Disney Springs. Super easy once we knew the process.

I lost my cell last year at HS, but didn't realize I had lost it for a few hours later. I went to guest relations at the front of the park and they had me fill out a form and told me to come back a few hours later (after 5 pm). Surprisingly, they had my phone when I returned - I was expecting it to be gone forever!

You may want to go back to the Nemo ride to see if they found it or have it. If not go to Epcot Guest Relations. Good luck!

This was at Disneyland and 6 years ago so it may not be all that relevant, but I lost my phone on the Indiana Jones ride there and realized it a little while later when I went to check a wait time on it.

I just went back to the ride, asked the first CM I saw, and he gave me a sort of weary look, said "come with me" and lead me to the front of the line where he handed me a box of phones and asked if it was one of those. It was! Apparently phone loss is pretty common on that ride

If I realize right away where the item was lost, I go back to that location to ask a CM. If they didn't have it, or if I lost it in a random location, I will visit Guest Services before leaving. If no luck I would fill out that form and wait. They are very good at tracking lost items and I have always recovered items that were lost. One time my son lost his sunglasses in some random location and we stopped at GS on the way out and they were there.
